Mechanical Design: Located in the lower right portion of the tray is the primary counter-retractor body. It features a mechanical rack-and-pinion bar equipped with a wing nut adjustment dial.
Blunt Retractor Blades (Top Row): A graduated series of smooth, downward-curved hooks. These are used primarily to retract delicate soft structures—such as the esophagus and trachea—without causing tissue tearing or compression injuries.
The Inserter Forceps: Located in the center-left slot is a slender, dual-shafted positioning tool.
